Preheat the oven to 230°C (hot air 210°C).
Put the cake in the oven and bake it in 20 to 30 minutes until gold coloured. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool down for +/- 5 minutes. Place a plate upside down over it, use a kitchen towel or oven mitts and turn it over quickly.
Serve immediately with for example vanilla sauce or ice cream.
We recommend that you place the pie in the oven during the main course. That way, the cake is perfectly timed for the finishing course.
